Payment can be made by cash, credit card or cheque (with a valid bankers card). Proof of ID with photograph required for each booking (e.g. new style driving licence, passport). This will be held for duration of hire, alternatively… If using our customer car park you can leave your car keys with us.

You will be supplied with a chain and padlock - please use it if leaving your bike unattended. Any loss or damage to our bikes or equipment will be the hirers responsibility.

If you are running late please give us a ring as any orders not collected by 12 noon may be released. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
